These two PDF (Adobe Acrobat) images are the ones I used for the front and back inserts for the jewelcase. I had one for the CD labels, too, but I couldn't convert it to .pdf format, as these two are (they were originally Pagemaker files). The original files fit a foldover (4 sides) front jewelcase and a c-fold back case. I make no guarantees about the .pdf files, but if all else fails, you can always copy the background graphic from the songs page, and the title graphic from the first page.
